Panel and Feeder design.

Drawings signed and sealed for permit.

Calculation for choosing Power Over Ethernet (POE) injectors.

Choosing Voice Switches and Emergency Phones located on the second floor of each Metromover Station.

Provide equipment complying with the project specification.
Technical Duties Performed

Electric load calculation for equipment located on the second floor of each station

Panel design for wireless network for Metromover stations.

Piping schedule design complying with NEC.

Circuit breaker panel load calculation.
-
Topology design of fiber optic network for High-Cycle track switches control cabinets.
-
Choosing the right equipment needed for network connectivity (Router, Switches, Voice Switches, Wireless AP, IP Phones and Emergency Phones).
-
Design VoIP system for the emergency phone at platform and maintenance building.
-
Integrate new voice switching device to the existing PBX system.
-
Doing load calculation to properly size the UPS system.
-
Performed required RSSI test in conjunction with Miami Dade Transit IT department.

Generate the required documentation and drawings for approval.
-
Generate final as-built documentation for project record.
